Description/Duties :
|
A. Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Conducts coordination with BSXB regional coordinator to schedule annual training FTXs/STX and MTTs.
2. Assists OPFOR units in fire support development and execution.
3. Plans, prepares, executes and assesses individual and collective tactics training utilizing MILES.
4. Provides training and assistance to the officers and NCOs of the OPFOR company ensuring they can accomplish tactical leader tasks.
5. Assists the company commander with the train up and preparation phase for the OPFOR mission during FTXs/STXs and MTTs.
6. Assists the company commander in the planning and execution phases for the OPFOR mission during FTXs/STXs and MTTs.
7. Identifies training aids requirements and submit requests for fabrication and/or support, as required.
8. Determines ammunition requirements and coordinates procedures for draw, storage, issue and turn-in of
brass and residue.
9. Assists in the conduct of OPFOR control and operations center.
10. Receives and accounts for property allocated to the Team.
11. Provides technical guidance to subordinate trainers in the Team.
12. Prepares and submits training related reports.
13. Conducts and assists with instruction/training.
14. Performs other duties, as required.
B. Independence: Performs his duties under the supervision of the Chief, OPFOR, TST.
C. Supervisory Responsibilities One (1) Interpreter/Translator.
