POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager will assume responsibility for leading team of Project Managers to achieve delivering product features and architecture work packages timelines with excellent quality.

•Mentor and development of project team members
•Achieving team objectives
•Achieve delivering assigned workpackage scheduled timelines
•Achieve delivering workpackage within quality standards
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
•BA in Business, Computer Science or related discipline
•Experience leading medium (3-6 months) to large-sized (6-12 months) core system software development projects through a full SDLC in a fast-paced Telecom environment
•Experience creating ROI financial analysis
•Experience creating risk assessments
•Experience with feasibility, requirements, design, development, test, and engineering functions
•Experience managing virtual teams of up to 15 people across multiple locations
•Exceptional communication abilities and interpersonal skills
•Comfortable leading large meetings
•Experience using MS Project and MS Office
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
•Familiarity with Blackberry software
•Experience in Telecom Wireless industry
•PMP Certification
•Experience with PMI Methodology
•Experience with MS Project Server
