|
The Business VoIP Platform Transition Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer experience as they transition their phone service to our new platform. The role will be responsible for ensuring a successful migration with minimal impact to our customers while adhering to an aggressive schedule for completion.
Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: •Managing customers through the Business Voice Migration process including creating, maintaining and executing a project plan for each customer. •Managing multiple concurrent customers through the migration process. •Ensuring that migration documentation is completed in a timely fashion. •Ability to identify, track and manage to resolution risks and customer issues for each migration •Documenting additional aspects of Voice migration schedule via Visio, Microsoft Project, etc. •Reviewing and updating customer LAN topology diagrams. •Maintaining regular contact with internal and external customers to attain necessary information and provide updates on progress. •Configuring CPE such as VoIP desk phones, ATAs, soft phones, routers and SIP proxy devices, including advanced routing concepts. •Provisioning and maintaining user profiles using a third-party vendor web portal. •Coordinating and forming solid working relationships with other departments, including Sales, Product/Marketing, Activations, etc.
