We are currently seeking PRN Registered Nurses for skilled nursing visits in our North Seattle office.
Well qualified candidates will have the following:
Requirements:
Provide hands-on care for clients
Uses nursing process to assess implement and evaluate patient care as needed
Documentation of nursing visits, and patients responses
Identifies and prioritizes actions based upon patient care requirements
Provides safe and comfortable patient environment
Monitors clients condition and reports any changes to supervisor
Desired Qualifications:
WA State Registered Nursing Degree
1+ year minimum experience
Home Health Experience
Current CPR
Reliable Transportation
Flexible Schedule
Well-Rounded
Clear Verbal Communication
