Description/Duties :
Performing integrated logistics and program management support for various models and variants of TROJAN, PROPHET Spiral 1 and PROPHET Enhanced Systems to include associated Tactical Satellite Communication Systems.
Develop processes and procedures to standardize program actions across 11 Regional Support Centers, to include technical data file management and data entry procedures.
Performs system functional analysis and failure data reporting and recommends system architecture and technical change proposals.
Coordinates program new sustainment support initiatives and approves commercial off-the-shelf replacement hardware, software revisions, and equipment warranty handling procedures.
Perform documents maintenance and logistic tasks via web-based or MS Office suite reporting systems.
Provides system functional briefings to customers and supervisor and performs logistics support requirements such as research, equipment and spares inventories.
Creates governance metrics and validates governance meetings are occurring.
Creates and maintains account master calendar, drives the logistics of governance meetings and schedules meetings where appropriate.
Reviews and analyzes the use of account processes and executes the account management system processes.
Consolidates and analyzes metrics for governance, processes and account reviews; recommends service improvements across the accounts.
Develops account customer satisfaction survey questions and communication plans; analyzes results for account improvements.
Examines client facing account level reports for accuracy; gains approval from account program management for adjustments.
Reviews project integration processes and reporting for accuracy; recommends changes or adjustments as appropriate.
Creates and develops training on processes, tools and reporting for clients and the company.
Develops and communicates account standards for project management and reporting.
