Comcasts Video Repair Call Center is seeking flexible, fun, motivated individuals with a passion for great customer service and track record to prove it . A potential Comcast Customer Account Executive will enjoy working in the Call Center environment, if you have already worked in a call center and have been successful than Comcast is a great place for you!

In this position, Customer Account Executives (CAE) are responsible for answering incoming calls regarding technical questions and problem resolution related to Comcast products as well as customer equipment. The CAEs work to minimize and/or reduce truck rolls and also handles billing overflow calls. CAEs offer Comcast products and services to meet customer needs. The CAE relates well to the customer, thinks and exercises sound judgment, and acts responsibly in the customers and the companys best interest. Works with moderate supervision/guidance and is accountable for individual results and impact on team.
