|
Inbound Customer Care Representative Job Summary
Facilitate customer service calls that are not scripted & require Inbound with customers in a low or non-structured manner to obtain/convey information, or capture information correctly.
Excellent customer service skills; ability to handle stress & act tactfully with customers & coworkers.
Receive & terminate calls using company computer and telephonic equipment.
Willingness & ability to participate & work effectively as a team member with coworkers & management.
Frequent judgment, reasoning, patience,& negotiation when interacting with customers, clients & coworkers; appropriately respond to questions according to client & company expectations.
Maintain minimum standards of call volume productivity & other project goals per company expectations
Input information into a computer system while speaking on the phone.
Verbally deliver message displayed on a computer screen using a telephonic headset.
Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions customers.
Ability to maintain acceptable incoming call volume. Active on telephone system for 90% of scheduled shift, this includes sitting for long periods of time in front of a terminal in a cubicle.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Posses a High school diploma or GED
Minimum 6 mos., Customer Service Experience required paid/unpaid
Ability to read & understand written material & information stored on computers & in hardcopy, successfully pass Call Center Environment testing of 74% or greater
Ability to use a computer & frequently input data while speaking with customers /clients, requiring computer aptitude
Open availability 5am-11:30 pm Mon-Sun. We ask for open availability days, eve & weekend
Pass criminal background check & drug screen upon acceptance of offer of employment
Excellent reading, communication & interpersonal skills, must speak English fluently
First 8 weeks of employment compensation will be $10.00 per hour
