What do we expect you to do?
Acquire new accounts through leads provided by Zones
Develop profiles of your top accounts
Develop a list of contacts for each account
Get your customers to purchase a certain number of times per year
Talk on the phone at least 3.5 hours each day (not as easy as it sounds!)
Call at least 80 customers per day (harder than you think!)
Meet the revenue and margin goals we set for you each month
Process:
• Acquire – Basic profile on a minimum of 80 accounts “Making 80 Friends”
• Contacts per account - Contacts per account 2 to 4
• Customer’s purchase - Number of customers purchased in last 30 days is 80 accounts
• Product focus - Understanding of the top 10 products from the Beat
• Develop - 100% full profile on top 20 accounts
• Contact Strategy - 100% account portfolio monthly, with weekly contact with top 20 accounts
• Proactive Partner – Contact customer with critical information
• Execute PAIFS - Company’s go to market strategy
• Pre-plan calls - 40 min per day
• Returns – under 2% of total sales
• Freight 100% capture
2 or 4- year college degree in a business related discipline (degree may be substituted by recent industry related training)
College graduate (with no work experience)
minimum of 1 year of retail or call center or customer service
Work experience
sales background
minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or 3 years experience in sales in a retail, customer service or call center environment
non sales background
3 - 4 years experience in retail, call center, customer service
Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced work environment
