MULTI-VENDOR IT Solutions Provider, VAR AND CHANNEL SALES EXPERIENCE WITH:
IBM, HP, LENOVO, CISCO AND MICROSOFT A PLUS!
We are looking for and ISR to ensure the fulfillment and sales growth of assigned customer accounts. These requirements will be accomplished by performing, but not limited to, the following tasks: Online site set up, SKU maintenance, troubleshooting site and customer service issues, order tracking, engaging in sales dialogue with customers to uncover additional sales opportunities. By performing these activities as required, the Account Executive an ISR supports will have more time to hunt and increase their individual book of business.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Associate Degree, four years or College Degree
Experience with ZONES system
Knowledge of software and IT products
Previous sales experience required
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Organization
Customer Service experience in a related field
Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic MS Office knowledge
Team player
Positive attitude
Self motivated
