Job Description
All StarZ Staffing is seeking a talented Recruiter / Client Specialist to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for staffing professionals with staffing industry or human resources backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to assist in finding and retaining the best employees for a variety of All StarZ clients from the corporate office in Kent. Recruiter will also handle full service key account management for a prestigious client in the Everett area.

* Strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft office applications

* Ability to multi-task work in a fast paced-high pressure situation
* Ability to sell the job and build relationships
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years staffing or direct interviewing experience in Staffing or Human Resources required
* College degree or equivalent work experience in related field
* Previous workforce management experience preferred
* Experience with on-line recruiting and social media resources
* Knowledge of human resources practices as well as employment laws
Compensation:
Base up to $40,000 DOE, Incentive Bonus
